Ingredients

  • block of ice to fit your punch bowl
  • 3 x 75 cl bottles dry white wine (you could replace some of the wine with fruit juice, if you prefer)
  • 375 ml</

Method

Place the block of ice in the base of a large punch bowl. Pour over the wine and liqueur, and stir gently using a wooden spoon or punch ladle.

Just before serving, add the fruit and stir gently, until the fruit is evenly distributed across the surface. Scatter the sprigs of borage or mint over the surface to garnish.
