The Champagne Cocktail

• 1 sugar cube, flavoured with Angostura bitters
• 150 <

Place the flavoured sugar cube into the bottom of a Champagne flute.

Slightly tilt the glass, and add the Champagne. When the Champagne has settled, drop in the lemon peel twist.
