- Draft Guinness
- Champagne
Method
Carefully pour Guinness into a flute until the glass is about half full. Leave the Guinness to settle for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly add the Champagne, filling to within ½ cm (¼ in) of the rim. Gently stir with a tall spoon or stirrer.
