- Your favourite jam (I like blackcurrant or cherry best of all!)
- Mascarpone (Philadelphia would do)

Method
As you were, but fleshed out with lashings of mascarpone as my Mum did when I was little!!! YOU. WILL. NEVER. LOOK. BACK.
And sprinkle the biscuits all over the jam, etc., before you put the lid on.
