  • 500 g chicken thighs, skin, bone and shifty looking bits removed
  • 150 ml Greek yo


Preheat the oven to 200°C. Chop you thigh meat chunkily and place it in a mixing bowl. Add a third of your yoghurt, the chopped coriander stalks, the cinnamon, pepper, saffron, salt, grated ginger and half the curry powder to the bowl and mix well. Leave to marinade for 30 minutes.
