We use a classic, quick pickling liquor by bringing to the boil (then cooling)

  • 500 ml white wine vinegar
  • 250 ml water


Put all the ingredients into the cold pickling liquor in a plastic container, cover with a cartouche, pop a lid on and keep in the fridge for at least a day before making your spring rolls.

It will take a very long time to write down here how to roll up a spring roll. Do what I did, go online and watch a video. It’s much easier than I thought it would
