  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
  • ½ tsp

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthways and then into as many thin wedges as you can (also lengthways).

Toss the wedges, salt, paprika, chopped rosemary and oil together so that the wedges are well coated.

Lay out the fries in a baki
