Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp Salt

Method

Put the sliced onion in a bowl, squeeze over the lime, add the salt and cover with clingfilm. If the lime is hard, roll it firmly on a board with the flat of your palm to break down the internal structure of the lime and give you more juice when squeezing.
