This is a twist on the infamous panzanella.

If you enjoy the one below, make it again, but substitute the bitter salad leaves with tomatoes. Don’t grill them, just cut ’em up and lather with the salt and the vinegar and oil, etc.

  • 1 head bitter salad leaf, quartered (chicory, endive, radicchio, etc.)
  • 150 g leftover bread,

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
