This is the best chocolate sauce in the whole world. It breaks all the rules of chocolate cookery, and that makes it a fucking badass.


  • 225 g 70% dark chocolate, smashed up a bit
  • 80 g caster sugar
  • 120


Trust us with this recipe. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Slowly melt everything together without stirring. Once the chocolate appears completely melted, stir a few times and take off the heat.
