Ingredients

  • 50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 300 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper<

Method

Put all the ingredients into a jug and blitz, using a hand-held stick blender, to emulsify. Alternately, shake in a screw-topped jar. Store in the fridge for up to a week and shake well before each use.
