  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 10 cornichons or 1 large gherkin, finely diced

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly blended, seasoning with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Cover and refrigerate. Use within a day or two.
