  • 80–100 g white crabmeat
  • 100 g cream cheese (at room temperature)

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C/Gas 3. Pick over the crabmeat and remove any tiny pieces of shell. Soften the cream cheese in a bowl, then mix in the mayonnaise and crabmeat. Add the breadcrumbs and soy sauce, and season with the cayenne and salt and pepper to taste.
