  • 2 tbsp sultanas
  • 200 g couscous
  • 1 tsp

Method

Put the sultanas into a small bowl, pour on a little boiling water to cover and leave to soak for 10 minutes until softened and plumped up. Drain well and pat dry with kitchen paper.
