  • 70 g oatmeal
  • 170 g raspberries
  • 1–2 tbsp

Method

Lightly toast the oatmeal in a dry frying pan over a medium heat until lightly golden, tossing frequently (Do not leave the pan unattended as the oatmeal is liable to burn easily.) Tip onto a flat plate and leave to cool completely.
