  • 50 ml double cream, lightly whipped
  • ½ quantity rice pudding

Method

Line 2 or 3 pannacotta moulds or 6cm pastry rings with cling film and place on a baking tray. Fold the whipped cream into the rice pudding, then divide between the prepared moulds. Cover the moulds with cling film and chill for a few hours or overnight until set.
