  • 40 ml Cognac
  • 10 ml amaretto di Saronno liqueur
  • 10 ml

Method

Shake the spirit and liqueurs in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a well chilled Martini glass. Use the same shaker to shake the cream and float on the top of the drink. Finish with chocolate sprinkles.
