If you want an interesting, flat-out delicious meal in less than 20 minutes, you’re in luck. Drawing on the cornerstones of Asian cooking, larb (a traditional, meaty Thai salad) balances hot, sour, sweet and salty and can be adapted with any ground or very finely chopped meat.
