You can use lemon juice, lime juice, or a combination of the two in this refreshing summer version of switchel. It tastes a lot like lemon-lime Gatorade.


  • 4 cups (960 ml) water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup


Shake all the ingredients together, refrigerate overnight, strain, and drink.
