This smoothie is for those times you’re out running in the heat, just dreaming of what cold, refreshing drink you’ll have when you get home. Since a margarita will do nothing for your recovery (even if does sound pretty great when you’re sweating buckets), we decided to capture the flavors of this cocktail favorite and turn them into a recovery smoothie. We recommend using citrus-, vanilla-, or berry-flavored protein powder, though it’s just fine without. You can also substitute grapefruit
