We think this trio of spring herbs is highly underrated. Pair this seasoning blend with fresh spring greens, braised white beans, and anything with lemon. Tarragon may not be used frequently here in the States, but it is a common addition in French cooking. It adds a fresh, sweet, subtle licorice flavor.


  • 3 tablespoons dried dill
  • 3 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 2 table


Shake all the ingredients together in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store for up to 6 months.
