Beetroot Raita

This pretty pink raita is absolutely delicious when served as a dip with Aloo Chops or my IPA Onion Rings. It’s also great spread inside the Ruby Wraps or Chickpea Kati Roll in place of the other yogurt sauces. Earthy, smoky and a real show-stopper on any dinner table.
