This zingy combination of fresh coriander/cilantro and mint, spiked with the heat of green chillies, will bring an Indian feast together in the most amazing way.


  • small bunch of fresh coriander/cilantro
  • small bunch of fresh mint, leaves only
  • 1 green chilli


  1. Add all the ingredients, except the sugar and salt, to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Add the sugar and salt gradually, blitzing and tasting as you go, until the chutney is seasoned to your liking.
