Chickpeas with Chorizo Sausage

Called garbanzos con chorizo, this tapa is a fragrant and dense ragout of chickpeas flavored with saffron and paprika and cooked with Spanish chorizo sausages, which are quite different from the hot Mexican ones many Americans are familiar with, especially in the Southwest.
