Shrimp and Garlic

One of the most charming restaurants in Granada is the Sevilla Restaurant by the cathedral. When I was there last, I sat outside and had a lovely shaded view of a portal of the cathedral. I ordered gambas al ajillo, the famous Andalusian tapa shrimp and garlic, and was very disappointed when I saw it. The earthenware casserole it came in was pathetically small and I had just paid sixteen dollars for this tapa. But after one taste, I closed my eyes in ecstasy and slowed down. T
