Tomato and Avocado Salad

As most people know, Andalusia is the home of gazpacho, but it is also the home of other tomato dishes that are just as satisfying, such as this pretty salad called ensalada de tomates, which can be served as a tapa, too. If you can find a variety of different tomatoes, such as orange cherry tomatoes and teardrop tomatoes, to throw in, it makes the salad all that more attractive. Do not refrigerate, and make the salad about 30 minutes before serving at the earliest.
