Marinated Mushrooms in the Tuscan Style

This marinated antipasto, called funghi in salamoia alla Toscana, is still made by many families with the small white button mushrooms that are commonly sold in our markets, too. You may never have thought of making your own, given how common they are in supermarkets, where they are sold in jars. But this recipe is a little more personal and interesting than what you might be used to.
