This curiously named Sicilian pie (Guarda-cuvèni di Petralia) is also called focaccia della Madonie. This pastry is not a focaccia as we usually think of it, as a kind of thick seasoned bread or pizza. Rather, it is a short dough pie with a crumbly crust filled with eggs and vegetables.
