Use a tablespoon of this smen along with plenty of fresh butter in a bowl of couscous. It is also good in kdra tagines ( for Chicken Kdra). Or spread it thin on warm semolina bread and serve with a dollop of orange flower honey and a glass of sweet mint tea.

Note: You need to prepare this version of smen about one month in advance. It keeps for up to a year.
