  • 250 g/9 oz plain flour
  • 20 g/¾

Method

Put the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, water and milk in a bowl and mix to a very soft smooth dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Beat the cold butter with a rolling pin to flatten it into a 40 x 15 cm/16 x 6
