  • 1 kg/ lb strawberries
  • 150 g/5

Method

Put the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle over the sugar. Leave to macerate for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, pour over the wine and grind on black pepper to taste, making sure that it is not too finely ground.
