  • 4 vineyard peaches
  • 250 ml/9 fl oz sweet white wine


Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Peel the peaches by dipping them briefly into boiling water and rubbing off the skin with your nail. Halve and stone the peeled peaches and place in cold water.
