Method

Place the macadamia nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast them in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking them occasionally, until they are a light golden brown. Remove to room temperature, allow to cool, then chop fine–for about 5 seconds, or so, in the food processor–or by hand.
