Pizza Squares

Pizza is made from bread dough rolled into discs and our basic white bread dough makes an excellent version. This recipe calls for the pizza to be baked with only garlic and olive oil on top as a fresh salad is to be spread on afterwards. A square of good puff pastry, rolled out thinly and pricked to avoid rising, will substitute if that is more convenient for you.
