As I roamed the high-tech streets of Seoul in Korea, I found little food stalls nestled in the side streets offering the tastiest snacks. My favourites were these beef kebabs, which were barbecued over hot coals and served with a brushing of sticky marinade and crunchy sesame seeds. What is great about them is that they are so quick and easy to make yet they taste out of this world.
