For the filling

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g prosciutto

Method

Start by preparing the filling. Chop the carrot and onion. Cut the prosciutto into strips. Remove the casings from the sausages and crumble the sausagemeat. Finely chop the beef.

Sauté the carrots and onion in a frying pan with a little oil, then add the ham, sausagemeat and beef. Add the wine and cook for 30 minutes.
