Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Cut the butter into pieces and soften to room temperature. Coarsely chop the almonds. Put the flour, cornmeal, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a large bowl and mix with a spoon. Add the eggs, egg yolks, butter, lard and almonds.
