  • 350 g potato starch
  • 200 g butter
  • 3 eggs

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Mix the potato starch and butter together.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until thickened, then stir into the potato starch mixture. Add the yeast and stir well.

Transfer to a cake tin with a diameter of 25 cm and
