S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich

Everyone loves a s’more—but why not add another beloved item and throw ice cream into the mix? We think of the classic dessert as a summertime delight, but with your toaster oven you can have it year-round. So skip the campfire and have a treat in just a few minutes at home!

8 8 - Chocolate ice cream
Method
Turn on the broiler setting of your toaster oven—you can do this in a regular oven too, if you don’t have a toaster oven. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil and place the marshmallows on top. Cook for thirty seconds to a minute on each side, or until they char, turning once they start to char, but before they burn.
While the marshmallows are cooking, break the graham crackers in half.
