The joke makes no sense, but the dish does. This is easily one of my favourite renditions of making pasta. That’s it, that’s all I have to say.

Let’s get ready to pepper.

Ingredients

  • 200 g linguine (or any other pasta you want)
  • 4 jarred red peppers, drained
  • 1

Method

  1. The first step to any pasta recipe of mine is exactly the same. Boil water, salt water, put pasta in water, cook until pasta is al dente. Happy days.
  2. Next up, dice up the jarred red peppers with the onion and garlic. Add it all to a large frying pan with a little bit of oil on a medium heat and fry until it’s all golden and the onion and garlic have softened.</
