One of the great things about cooking with more veg is finding ways of sneaking it into dishes, making you enjoy them more than you ever thought you would. Hence this soup. It wasn’t invented by a Green Goddess, unless you count me as one, but it sure belongs on the plate of one. It’s creamy, it’s green, it’s got so much goodness that I want to say more about it, but I have a word limit, so go make it. Again, it’s good soup.
