Some people will already know this recipe. It’s a creamy chilli pasta, with a crunchy garlicky breadcrumb topping to finish. It is sort of like a carbonara, if it fused with the Spice Girls. And like the Spice Girls, it is properly indulgent, and you’ll wanna be its lover. Not in a weird way.
