Tikka Tofu Wraps

Right, so you might’ve gathered that I really like wraps. And I also like tofu. I personally think tofu gets a bad reputation. Yes, it’s plain, yes, it’s odd, yes, no one really knows what it is, but recipes like this will get you talking about it in a good way. The tikka marinade with the mangoey drizzle makes this, again, an absolute winner.
