I love a good taco. And a quick one? Bit of me, babe. These buffalo tacos are spicy, a real delight to eat and a great way of getting people on board with proper, filling tacos.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of red cabbage
  • 2 limes
  • 4 tbsp

Method

  1. First, the slaw. Carefully split the red cabbage in half with a knife, then into quarters. Halve the limes. Grab a potato peeler and peel strands off the cabbage until you end up with one big handful of thin strands. Pop that in a bowl with the juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon of the agave syrup and a pinch of salt, toss to mix and leave in the fridge until the end.
