I wanted a recipe that was genuinely easy. Something that’s a general dessert to have on a day to day, but a bit more opulent. And so, one evening, when I was eating yogurt (plant-based, of course), I came up with this. Stewing the pineapples with cinnamon pimps them up to another level, and it’s got freshness, zing, creaminess, crunchiness and other adjectives I can’t think of right now. Enjoy.
Essentially, posh pineapple yogurt bowls.
