Tempeh is fermented soy beans, pressed into a block. Because of that, it has an acquired taste, and a bitter aftertaste that, I can’t lie, can put new people off. So the question came to me: how the hell do I make people love tempeh as much as chicken, or at least slightly more than before? Make them into nuggets. That was my favourite and best solution after months of rigorous testing and eating. If you love nuggets, then you’re in luck, because these are essentially them. Brilliant little
