I’m not actually entirely sure what my or your doctor would order. But for me, if there’s a way of sneaking green veg into things and making it taste unexpectedly great, I’ll find it. Such as this green smoothie. It’s a great way of boosting your iron intake, a mineral so many people bang on about vegans not getting enough of. It’s creamy, it’s dreamy, and you’ll love it.
