A simple yet delicious way of making the sauce that might as well go on everything. It works as a dip for your sides, a drizzle for your salads, but more importantly, it makes a great sauce for your kebabs. Which, I must admit, is essential for me.

Bossman’s favourite.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp tahini

Method

  1. Grate or finely chop the garlic clove. Also, once that’s done, chop the lemon in half. That’s all the prep. Easy like a Sunday morning.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the tahini, the lemon juice from one lemon half, the garlic, miso paste, olive oil and salt together and gradually add the warm water. You might not need all the water, but keep mixing together until you ha
