Blend the herbs and spices in a heavy-duty blender. Add the ethanol and leave to infuse for 4 hours. Strain then pour into the evaporation flask of a rotary evaporator. Set the water bath to 55°C (131°F) and distil all the liquid. Measure the ABV and cut it to 40% with filtered water.
