Although this cocktail has quite potent flavours – tomato and coconut – it has been designed so that they impart a subtle flavour and the drink should be enjoyed like wine.
Ingredients
160 ml 5½ fl oz 130 ml
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a glass bottle and serve from the fridge.
